Quick one before we talk. These questions let your casting strategist walk into the call already knowing where you are, so we don't waste a second of your 45 minutes on small talk. Answer honestly - for you, not for us. And no hard sell on the call, you have my word. Just a strategist, your archetypes, and a clear next step.

Where are you in your career right now?
Early stage - Training recently completed or still in progress. Limited professional credits.
Building - Some professional credits. Doing the work, but not gaining consistent traction yet.
Represented, not moving - I have an agent but auditions are sparse and momentum feels slow.
Mid-career - Working with some regularity, but wanting to break into a higher tier or new medium.
Returning - I've stepped away and I'm rebuilding. Starting back from a gap.

No agent - never had one

Established agency - need a strategy beyond relying on them
How would you honestly rate your current materials?
Strong across the board - Professional, current and I'm genuinely happy with them.
Mixed - Some elements are solid, others are out of date or I'm unsure about.
Weak showreel - Headshots are okay but my reel isn't working for me.
Weak headshots - My reel is decent but headshots don't represent me well.
Minimal / starting out - I have very little to work with yet.
What's the primary thing holding your career back right now?
I have goals but no real plan. I don't know the specific steps to take.
I'm invisible to the industry. Casting directors and agents aren't finding me.
I don't know how I'm positioned or what archetype I should be leading with.
I don't know who to contact, what to say, or how to follow up without being ignored.
The industry is affecting my confidence and mindset. I'm starting to doubt whether to continue.
I have representation but I'm not getting auditions. I don't know how to change that.
Honestly, it feels like all of the above.
